Guest Speaker: Julie Morton

hOMe Organizing
Making your house your ideal home.

Wednesday, May 22
11:30 AM to 1:00 PM
213 E Main Street (Open House-Meet in the Middle)

Bio:
Julie Morton transplanted to Linden, Virginia with her family in 2007, and has been in love with the natural beauty and the friendly atmosphere ever since. Although her bachelor’s degree is in Environmental Science, her knack for organization came to the forefront when she began OM Organizing in January of 2018. She is currently working towards a middle school teaching career, but still loves to help clients bring peace and order to their homes.

Topic:
Julie will be speaking about what led her to open her own professional organizing business and the challenges of being primary caregiver to children and seeking gainful employment. She will describe her process and what a session can entail, elaborating on what she and her clients gain from the experience. Tidying Up with Marie Kondo has put a spotlight on professional organizing at the moment, and Julie will compare and contrast her own style to Mrs. Kondo’s. Finally, Julie will be sharing her most useful tips on how to incorporate organizational strategies into your own home and life.

Thank You What Matters W2, Beth Medved Waller for being a FRWRC Gold Business Partner & for sponsoring this event: Beth supplies this great meeting space.
In late March 2016, we opened a new space on Main Street in the Middle of Main building. It is called Team Waller’s Open House: Meet in the Middle” and will serve as a resource to our community. We will offer a wealth of real estate and community information, as well as cutting edge technology to learn more about listings, the buying process, and our local community attractions and resources. This space is for the entire community. We will open our doors to community groups to educate the public about the causes that are close to their hearts and also offer our space as a meeting venue to anyone in need of a local location. Helping our community grow and serve as a resource to our neighbors is "What Matters” to us.
