Kim South Girl Grant Luncheon
Our September 17th 2016 Kim South Girl Grant luncheon was a wonderful, inspiring event, thanks to grant founder Mary Ellen South and grant recipients Olivia Schermerhorn and Bea Stanford and Lucy Stanford from Jig ‘n’ Jive Dance Studio. We were delighted that Mary Ellen was able to join us. She gave a brief history of the grant and made a generous contribution for future grants. Andi Robinson, FRWRC KSGG Commitee member, introduced the recipients. Each recipient shared how the grant enabled them to participate in an activity of interest, building team-spirit and self-confidence. Thanks also to the FRWRC Board of Directors, Elaine Faucher for the floral centerpieces, and especially to Kim South Girl Grant Chair, Joyce Wimmer, for all her work with Warren County Middle School and community to make this happen.
