The Front Royal Women’s Resource Center announced the 2024 Dare to Dream & Elaine Bromfield Memorial Scholarship grant recipients on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at the Shenandoah Valley Golf Club.
The annual FRWRC Dare to Dream Breakfast awarded a total of $13,000 in grants and scholarships to 11 local women.
Established in the late 90’s, the FRWRC provides networking opportunities, programs, and education to a community who lives or works in Warren County.
