The 2017 Dare to Dream Grant campaign begins Tuesday, November 1, 2016 and runs through Friday, January 13, 2017. Applications are available at Samuels Public Library and at the Front Royal Women’s Resource Center Office (316 N. Royal Ave., Front Royal, VA). You can also apply online by clicking: www.frwrc.org/apply. If you have a dream or know someone in your life who has a dream and needs a financial boost to make it happen, this is your opportunity.
