The 2015 Winter Membership Mixer
On Friday, February 27, FRWRC hosted a Membership Mixer/Winter Happy Hour at the Blue Ridge Arts Council on Main Street. Beverages and light hors d’oeuvres were served, along with a good amount of fellowship, laughter and good will. This event was attended by over 40 members, prospective members, and friends. Donations of a flower arrangement from Carper’s Florist and a social media seminar from Java Media Marketing were given out in a door prize raffle. Information about FRWRC and its activities was provided individually by Board members and by available printed materials. A number of new members joined during the mixer. FRWRC would like to thank Nick Crettier for providing his photographic services during the mixer. Thanks to Lee Meyer for all her hard work and to Jennifer Condon and the Board for making things a success.
