5:30 PM - 213 E Main Street
FB LIVE @ 6 PM with hostess Eka Kapiotis
Pregnancy & Infant Loss – What is pregnancy/infant loss; the importance of acknowledging the loss that has been suffered; memory making; grief support; what family and friends can do; support services offered through Zanna’s HOPE
Robin is a wife, mother, Navy Veteran, Birth Death & Bereavement Doula, Support Group facilitator, Reiki Level II Practitioner, Girl Scout Volunteer and all around, Jack-of-all-trades. While she is a mother to 3 living and beautiful children, she also is the mother of 6 much loved and desired babies who now watch over her and her family, giving her the passion and encouragement to help support others through pregnancy and infant loss. It is her own experiences with birth and death, not only of her children, but also that of other family members, which has put her on the path to companioning those experiencing not only pregnancy and infant loss, but women/families who are experiencing birth subsequent to a loss, as well as the terminally ill and elderly. It is Robin’s passion to serve the individuals and families she works with in assisting them to know and understand all options available to them, as well as support them in the best ways possible to bring their thoughts, feelings, preparations and wishes to fruition so that they may make the most of such sacred times of life’s bookends of birth and death, the life in between and the bereavement that follows.
Thank You Beth Waller for being a FRWRC Gold Business Partner & for sponsoring this event. Beth supplies this great meeting space and all the food.
Thank You Joanne Mulherin & Chateau O'Brien Winery for providing all wine.
Note from Beth: In late March 2016, we opened a new space on Main Street in the Middle of Main building. It is called Team Waller’s “Open House: Meet in the Middle” and will serve as a resource to our community. We will offer a wealth of real estate and community information, as well as cutting edge technology to learn more about listings, the buying process, and our local community attractions and resources. This space isn’t just for Team Waller; it is for the entire community. We will open our doors to community groups to educate the public about the causes that are close to their hearts and also offer our space as a meeting venue to anyone in need of a local location. Helping our community grow and serve as a resource to our neighbors is “What Matters” to us.
