The Kim South Girl Grant was founded in 2006 by Mary Ellen South in memory of her daughter Kim South. This grant is given to middle school-aged young women  in the Warren County. The purpose of this grant is to provide encouragement and support to young women who might not get recognition in traditional ways but can use validation of their self-worth through programs available to this age group. School personnel provide recommendations and applications. Recipients are honored at our September luncheon held in their honor.

Amount of grant is $1000. Funds go directly to the activity/program.
